25 SEPTEMBER, JOHANNESBURG – ‘Stop’ is Rowlene’s first single off of her forthcoming album 11:11, and is now available on all streaming platforms. You can now pre-save 11:11 on Apple Music, due for release on the 11th November 2020.

The song was written during a successful Cape Town writing camp she engaged in for the album. “It’s a playful track that talks about selfish people,” comments Rowlene.  “We all know toxic people who tend to take more than they give.” The song, produced by Noble, bounces between musical genres as you can hear Rowlene’s vocals weave in and out of hip hop, pop and R&B.

An exquisite pop record that will get fans feeling sexy and moving their feet, Rowlene’s vocal versatility is evident in the song as it switches to its various frequencies with well-executed harmonies. She is every producer’s dream, with her ability to navigate between r&b, hip hop and pop.

Stream ‘Stop’, available on all major platforms.
