A Celebration of Amapiano’s Top Stars on December 5th & 6th

ohannesburg, 28 November – MTV Base is turning up the heat this December with a two-part special, On The Base Roundtable: Best of Yanos 2024. Airing on Thursday, 5 December (Part 1) at 17:00 and Friday, 6 December (Part 2) at 17:00 on DStv channel 322, this unmissable showcase will dive deep into the Amapiano artists who defined 2024, shaking up the charts and dominating the culture.
Hosted by MTV Base Culture Squad member, Fresh by Caddy, this eagerly anticipated roundtable will reveal the ultimate “Best of Yanos” list. From viral sensations to lyrical geniuses, the show will assess a variety of criteria, including best lyrics, biggest impact, viral moments, and those X-factors that kept fans glued to their screens.

With so much talent to celebrate, the panel will have their hands full as they debate who deserves the top spots and who might just miss the cut.
