Heineken® today revealed the climax to its fantastic #unmissable moments campaign, it’s 10th #unmissable moment which is transforming the final into an unbelievable viewing experience for South African football fans – able to share the moment with the legendary Thierry Henry, in the flesh.
Over the past week, the excitement has continued to build as SA fans have taken to Twitter to speculate about the identity of the legendary football star who Heineken® is bringing to SA to join them at the final viewing experience taking place on Saturday, June 1, 2019 at Kyalami Race Track.
The football star’s identity has gradually been unveiled via a mosaic reveal on Twitter, and while fans will finally be shown the full picture this week, most have now correctly guessed that it is none other than the legendary member of the Champions League 100 club, Thierry Henry.
Throughout this year’s UEFA Champions League tournament, Heineken® has been delivering unforgettable viewing experiences and #unmissable moments for fans, irrespective of which teams they support. The campaign has also given 24 die-hard fans a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity of a trip to Madrid, Spain to be at the final between legendary teams, Tottenham and Liverpool.
According to Lauren Muller, Marketing Manager for Heineken®, the response to the #unmissable moments campaign by SA football fans has exceeded all expectations.
