MOE., a 25-year-old singer-songwriter born and raised in Tshwane, South Africa, introduces her melodic prowess with the release of her breakout single, “it was a vibe”, taken from her forthcoming EP, “me, ever after”.
Produced and co-written by multi-award-winning, South African music producer, JR and eclectic composers, CivilTheSound, the lush culmination of R&B, Soul and Pop soundscapes, “it was a vibe” finds MOE. escaping from the clutches of a potential love triangle, putting an end to a passionate fling which was too good to be something more.

“I really believe that music is one of the most powerful and influential tools the world has. So, I’ve always been very intentional about what I say through my music. Life has brought me to a place where I realise that the ship of settling for less than what we deserve has long sailed. We know our worth now. We’re choosing peace, sound mind and a happy life,” expresses MOE.
She adds: “That’s what ‘it was a vibe’ is about and this theme continues throughout my upcoming EP.
