Soa Music Family releases its 31 track debut album titled “Isibusiso” this summer.
“Isibusiso” means gift, this is convenient as it is released just before heading into the festive season.
The album represents possibility, opportunity, and a breakthrough for the Soa Family brand. The album showcases what each member of the family specialises in.
With their electrifying harmonies and melodic vocals, B33KAY SA, Cnethemba Gonelo, De Rose and Mandy ZA will be heard throughout “Isibusiso”.
The album encompasses different types of emotions; happy, sad, grief, excitement, and hope. These themes all showcase real life experiences that the Soa Family has journeyed through.
It is through these intrinsic emotions that powerful sonic experiences were created.
Soa Mattrix alongside new producers on the block Tribal Soul, Frank Mabeat and Desoul have added distinctive African beats, sounds and rhythms to the making of an exquisite album, “Isibusiso”.
Although the release is classified as Amapiano you will find traits of deep house and jazz intertwined with the signature sound of the log drum.
