Johannesburg, 11 February 2025 – MTV Base Sparks is teaming up with Capitec to make the youth of Mzansi fall in love with their finances this February. Leveraging MTV Base’s influential platform, the partnership seeks to drive financial literacy and equip young individuals with the knowledge and skills required to secure a financial future.
A fun docuseries, MTV Base Sparks brings together unconnected celebrities to speak about stories that have never been shared publically. Premiering on 26 February at 17h30 on MTV Base (Channel 322 on DStv), this season will feature a segment around money matters with celebrity guests Blxkie, Ch’cco, Thee Buhle, Dee Koala, Aymos, Azana, and Boohle answering interesting financial questions that will provide viewers with real-life financial insights.
