Our very own hitmaker and Ace Of Spades artist Sam Deep, returns to the streets with his new banger, titled  Kusezo Khanya. This release comes after The Landlord, De Mthuda released his first single of the year featuring Mthunzi titled Uyangifuna as part of #AceOfSpadesFridays this past week and as promised today Sam Deep and Playgall dropped their hit single, Kusezo Khanya.
Sam Deep teams up with the original queen of Amapiano and Soweto’s favourite DJ, Playgall and they feature De Mthuda, Babalwa M and Sipho Magudulela on this potential radio smash hit.
This release comes weeks after the likes of DBN GOGO, De Mthuda, Shaun 101 and Playgall have been teasing fans by playing Kusezo Khanya on their DJ sets thus making this song an automatic singalong.
Even though Sam Deep is a bubbling under Amapiano producer /DJ, the rising star has contributed or worked with some of our favourite Amapiano artists, including Da Muziqal Chef and on Malumnator’s Bedtime stories, which was a song dedicated to the late Mpura and Killer Kau

About Kusezo Khanya
‘Kusezo Khanya’ is a laid-back mid-tempo Amapiano song, it has a melodic guitar intro which gives the song a bit of a Samba feel, yet still authentic to the ‘Mapiano sound. The song features some greats in the Amapiano genre, and it is a song one plays over and over, as it’s very easy on the ear with the simple harmonies from the vocals which makes it an easy sing-along.
The song talks about ‘the hustle’ and the struggles that come with it, however the main focus of the song is to instil hope to those who are committed to their ‘hustle’. The track features De Mthuda who dominates the genre and yet here the approach to the song is a lot more laid back than his typical sound. Sam Deep collaborated on the track with Playgal, an up-and-coming female DJ.
