Johannesburg: Friday, 4 November 2022: Gqom connoisseurs Que DJ and DJ Lag team up on new single.
Considered as the cream of the crop in Gqom Music, Distruction Boys’ Que DJ has teamed up with DJ Lag to bring about the smash hit Where’s Your Father. The internationally recognized hitmakers, teamed up earlier in the year to create this masterpiece with a catchy hook.
The release of Where’s Your Father comes a day before the much anticipated Gqom festival, We Don’t Play The Same Gqom, taking place tomorrow in Durban.
Where’s Your Father is Que DJ’s first single of the year as a solo artist and promises to be a dance filler for all Gqom lovers in the world.
Speaking to Mixmagazine this is what Que had to say Que DJ explains: “We are considered as the Gqom originators and so this collaboration is only befitting personally. I’ve always wanted to work with DJ Lag and now we’ve finally found the time to make it happen.”
