Nasty C surprised fans this morning and released his first single of the year, following his 2020 SAMA 27 nominated album Zulu Man With Some Power with a street single titled. Best I Ever Had. The single comes after the talented rapper, spent the past couple of weeks cementing his name in the US via his takeover of the ATL and his current residence in Los Angeles, California.
The takeover also saw Nasty C become the first South African hip hop artist to break into the Urban Radio chart in the USA with his fan favourite collaboration, with Ari Lennox, Black & White. The song peaked at #39.
Best I Ever Had explores references encapsulating all these experiences as Nasty C fully steps into his new persona Spank Daddy. The single is one which Nasty C brandishes his self-assured flow to address a love interest who both excites and bemuses him.
