Following the chart breaking smash hit Shesha ft Njelic, Mthuthuzeli affectionately known as De Mthuda takes us on a journey with his debut EP release titled “Story To Tell V1”.
On this EP we note the infusion of various genres with Amapiano, from the kwaito feels on “Sgubhu” to the infectious lyrics which add a tinge of Afropop to the song “Amancamce” ft the compelling vocalist Charlie Mindgames.
De Mthuda has been in the forefront of the sun-genre since its inceptions with many others, some have found him a bit obscure however many have known him through his music. “I owe it to my fans to “Tell My Story” and that can only be through music” said De Mthuda.
The restrictions of the global pandemic have not hindered the creative juices of the proficient musician who hopes that the EP will be a panacea to many, the fans will be served nothing but good music from this project!
