 Singer-song writer, Chillibite RSA looks to introduce himself with standalone single, Ngelinye iLanga. Off the back of working with the likes of music legends including Thebe and the endorsement of Mthunzi; Chillibite is ready to introduce himself as a solo artist.
 Off the back of his first single, Sophie, featuring SFG, the Vosloorus-native delivers his first solo single with Ngelinye iLanga. The afro-pop single is described as a song featuring CHILLIBITE pledging “to work hard to make his parents proud. His smooth, soft, velvety voice flows suavely over a contemporary afro pop instrumentation blended with afro beat.”
The smooth, mid-tempo single is the musician putting his best foot forward as he eyes receiving nods from the SAMAs. The musician is currently manifesting receiving nods for the Best Newcomer, Best Afro-pop album and Song of the Year.
With the release of Ngelinya iLanga, Chillbite is one step closer to that achievement.
About Chillibite:
Chillibite RSA, real name Potoko Tjabadi was inspired by the character played by Tshepang Mohlomi on South African film titled “Izulu Lami”. The Vosloorus native got the name because of the resemblance they had with the actor and added the RSA because he is a patriot of South Africa.
Discovering his talent at the Corner Stone Apostolic Church Choir in 2006, when he was 10 years old. It would 10 years before CHILLIBITE finally getting his foot in the music industry.
In 2016 he started working with different Artists and Producers like Tumza D’kota and Caltonic SA from Pretoria,J Logic(4BRecords),DJ Chase, Kwaito (Chommie Nay’Ndoda hit maker),Khobzn Kiavalla, DJ T-Man SA, RADA, Slebhe and Catez.
He was also a part of the South African Idols Season 12. However, that did not discourage him- on the contrary. CHILLIBITE RSA continued making music until he met Brian Golide from Starforce Gang Entertainment in 2018 and has been working since to finally affirming his name in the music game.
