Duties include:

• Ensuring that all bedrooms, corridors, and public areas have high standards of cleaning.
• Consistency is delivered within our Brand Standards.
• Clean guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas
• Vacuum rooms

• Change and replenish bed linen, towels, and guest amenities in line with company guidelines
• Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks
• Restock and maintain trolley on daily basis
• Report any missing or damaged items to the Housekeeping Supervisor and own the responsibility to ensure that the items are replaced or repaired so to create an uninterrupted or impaired stay for the guests
• Greet guests and take care of requests




The hours of work are on a shift basis over seven days including weekends. The start and finish times vary dependent on the business, therefore flexibility within the role is essential. This is a practical and manual job that includes bending, carrying, standing, and pushing/pulling equipment
