Today, Victor Ray releases the ‘I AM.’ mixtape, a collection that brings together all of his EPs to date, alongside two brand new songs: ‘You & I’, released late last year, and ‘Disappear’, revealed today alongside its beautiful accompanying visual, exploring themes of love and identity, directed by **. Produced by THRDL!FE, the new single is Victor’s own take on contemporary R&B, delivered with a voice for the ages. Together, the new tracks offer a tantalising glimpse of where Victor is creatively as he completes work on his highly anticipated debut album. The release also arrives as Victor has been selected by Mr Porter as one of the musicians to watch in 2026.
Bringing together all four of Victor’s EPs — i was., i felt., I TRIED. and I WILL. — into one cohesive body of work makes it clearer than ever just what a singular talent Victor is. “To be able to bring all the EPs together in one place feels like closing a chapter. Each project was a moment in my life, and seeing them side by side reminds me how much I’ve experienced and grown, not just musically, but as a person. This mixtape is really about telling this complete story, from ‘hollow’, my first song, which I wrote in my mum’s house years ago, all the way to ‘You & I’, created at EastWest Studios in LA with one of my dream producers — Bekon. What’s exciting is that it’s also setting the runway for what’s next. And there is so much coming next. I feel more focused and fearless than ever going forward, and just so proud to have this mixtape embodying the start of my journey.”
