Johannesburg, 29 April — MTV Base is showcasing African steeze and identity with “MTV Base Free You” this Africa month. In May #MTVBaseFreeYou is a celebration of African voices and freedom of expression! Throughout the month, the channel will be handing over the reins of its flagship program, NEWSISH, to young creatives eager to express themselves as Africans, and share their talents and perspectives.
Each day, a new guest presenter will take the stage, showcasing their unique skills and amplifying their platforms as Africans. It’s the ultimate stage for those who want to be seen, heard, and put on Base!
